Return policy
Studio Lisa Bengtsson’s return policy means that you can return unused products within 10 days from the date you received the item / items. The products must be returned unused , undamaged and with the labels attached to the item. Repayment of returned packages must be made within 14 days. PLEASE NOTE! No returns on products on sale, cut fabrics, posters, placemats or customs order.

If you write the wrong delivery address that leads to that the package returns to us, there is an extra fee of 75 SEK for freight and extra administration.
Exchange of product
You have the right to exchange your ordered product within 30 days from the date that you have received it. PLEASE NOTE! No exchange on products on sale, cut fabrics, posters, placemats or customs order. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and with the labels attached to the product. E-mail us at hello@studiolisabengtsson.se to receive your return label.

complaints
If you can prove that there are manufacturing defects on the product, you always get a new product, however this does not apply to damage cause by wearing. You pay the return freight. Contact hello@studiolisabengtsson.se if you have complaints as soon as you discover the defect. If possible the complaint will be replaced with a new product. If it’s not possible to replace the product or correct the defect, you will get your money back. It will be helpful to add the photos of the defect/damage in the e-mail as this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and the complaint has been approved, we will notify you and send you a new product or refund you within 14 days from that you made your payment.

delivery
We do our utmost to lightning fast deliveries if the item is in stock. Expect your delivery within 1 week depending on where in the world you live.
Damage to the package
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a complaint. Do not collect a damage package! If you do not discover the damage until you opened the package and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the delivery company, you should contact them and make a complaint. If a possible dispute with the post office or the delivery company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
Freight
All prices are excluding freight. The cost for freight will be added and must be paid by the customer. The freight charges are announced in connection with the order. We ship with Fedex.
Duty
Possible duty is paid by the customer and not by Studio Lisa Bengtsson.
Unclaimed product
You have two weeks to pick up your package when ordering a product. If you don’t pick up the package within this time, it is automatically sent back to Studio Lisa Bengtsson. You will then get a note in the customer register, which means that you may not place any new orders. For orders not picked up that are returned to Studio Lisa Bengtsson, you as a customer will receive an invoice for 350 SEK. Unpaid invoices are forwarded to a debt collection. We cooperate with the police in case of fraud.

Products made on order
We have prepayment on products made on order. På beställningsvaror gäller förskottsbetalning. You cannot cancel a product made on order. The return policy does not apply to products made on order.
Pricing
VAT is included in the price with 25% at present date. We reserve the right that it may be incorrect pricing information on the site. For overseas orders, VAT and customs duties may be added.
Privacy protection law
Your personal information is handled in accordance with relevant provisions of the privacy protection law / Personal Data Act (PUL)
reservation
Due to some that some products are made on order and may have been taken out of production or for any other reason is no longer possible for Studio Lisa Bengtsson to deliver, orders are not binding for Studio Lisa Bengtsson until Studio Lisa Bengtsson has sent an order confirmation to the customer. We reserve the right to change prices at circumstances that are out of Studio Lisa Bengtsson's control, e.g. currency fluctuations, higher purchasing prices or production prices or increased VAT. We also reserve the right to cancel orders where the product is clearly mispriced.
